Stellenbosch Athletics Cycling Education Trust Offers Life-Changing Scholarships for Young Athletes
Stellenbosch Athletics Cycling Education Trust, in collaboration with High School Stellenbosch, is set to host three talent identification trials in May 2025. These trials offer young athletes a chance to be selected for a prestigious scholarship to attend High school Stellenbosch in 2026.
This initiative aims to provide opportunities for talented athletes who have the passion and potential to excel but lack the resources to develop their skills.
What the Scholarship Covers
Selected athletes will receive a comprehensive scholarship that includes:
✔ Academic tuition
✔ Boarding and accommodation
✔ Mentorship and tutoring
✔ Professional coaching
✔ Most additional expenses
Who Can Apply?
The program is open to athletes who will be in Grades 8-10 in 2026 and reside in the Western Cape, Northern Cape, Southern Cape, or Free State.
Important: Please note that High School Stellenbosch offers education in Afrikaans as the primary medium of instruction.

🏃 Sprints
🏃♂️ Hurdles
🏃♀️ Middle-distance running
🥏 Throws
🦘 Jumps
🚶 Race walking
