The Engineering and Construction  NPC is a non-profit organization established to equip young South Africans between the ages of 18 and 25 with practical skills and education in the engineering and construction sectors. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and professional development, we aim to bridge the gap between education and employment, fostering self-reliance and promoting sustainable economic growth.

Our primary target group is 18-25-year-olds who are interested in pursuing a career in engineering and construction but may face barriers to formal education or employment. This group includes:

High school graduates looking for vocational training.

Youth from disadvantaged backgrounds who need financial support to pursue formal education.

Individuals who have been unemployed or underemployed but want to change their career trajectory.

We aim to reach youth in rural and urban areas across South Africa, particularly in communities where skills training and employment opportunities are limited.

Sustainability Training:
Participants will also receive training in green building techniques and sustainable construction practices to meet the growing demand for environmentally responsible professionals.

Financial Plan

The Engineering and Construction NPC will primarily be funded through:

Donations and Sponsorships: From individuals, corporations, and other organizations who share our vision.

Government Grants and Funding: We will apply for available government funding aimed at youth empowerment, skills development, and job creation.

Partnerships with Industry: Collaboration with engineering and construction companies who will benefit from a skilled workforce.

Fee-for-Service Programs: While most of our training will be free for participants, we will explore the option of charging a small fee for advanced certifications or specialized courses.

We plan to remain transparent in all our financial dealings, ensuring that funds are used to directly benefit our programs and participants.

Implementation Plan.

Phase 1: Establishment and Program Development (Year 1)

Set up the administrative structure and establish key partnerships with training institutions and businesses.
